Let's help to keep NBE beautiful!

Mrs. Taylor sent us an invitation to the following event:

Are you ready to get your hands dirty so Neptune Beach Elementary can look beautiful again?! The first flower bed cleaning/pruning will be Tuesday, March 24th from 3:15pm until around 5:00pm. Meet in the Courtyard.
The second day will be Thursday March 26th, if another day is needed. April 12th - 18th is National Environmental Education Week and April 22nd is Earth Day. These days will be the planting days!! Any and all donations for plants and trees will be appreciated! Start asking now. :-)
All volunteers will need to bring any necessary equipment to aide in gardening. (gloves, shovels, pruning shears, wheel-barrows, rakes, etc.)
Hope to see you there! Oh yes...and don't forget your water!

FCAT Testing Starts Tomorrow!

We will be testing this week on Tuesday, March 10th- Thursday, March 12th. Students need to report promptly to the classroom because we will begin testing at 8:30 a.m. In our class this week, we will have our lovely "room mom's" in to make breakfast between 7:30-8:15 a.m. Report straight to our room rather than going to the gym to get your delicous treats!!

We know you are ready to take this test and be successful! A few important reminders:

• Arrive on time for school.
• Go to bed early and get a good night's sleep.
• Eat a healthy breakfast (or come early to eat here!)
• Bring only healthy snacks to school (We will have plenty to provide for them!)
• Do not stress!!! Try to stay calm and relaxed. You are going to do awesome!
