On Friday, we enjoyed exploring multiplication with our oranges! Students worked in groups to figure out how many orange slices we would end up with in all using 15 oranges sliced 8 times each! After solving this perplexing Math Investigations problem, we enjoyed eating our juicy oranges for snack! Yummy!

Looks like FUN! I am happy to see that the 3rd graders will know their fractions by the time they get to me in 4th grade. :)
