Congratulations, Mrs. McCaffrey!

Mrs. McCaffrey recently shared with us some very special news...She is expecting a baby boy! We are so excited for her. Congratulations!

NBE Science Extravaganza!

Thursday, April 23rd from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00p.m. NBE will hold a Science Night! There will be rocket launches, chemistry experiments and a Mad Scientist show called, "Fire & Ice!" A Special program will be held by second grade classes. Please try to be there! You will get extra credit in Science for attending!

Calling all Magic Tree House series fans!! Next Tuesday, April 21st at 5:00 p.m., Mary Pope Osborne will be signing books at Barnes & Noble bookstore in the St. John's Town Center. Be sure to check it out and get some of your favorite books from the series!

Welcome back students! We hope you had a FABULOUS Spring Break! This week is going to be full of fun activities and it's only a 4-day week!

Here are a few April reminders:

* Tuesday, April 7th from 1:00-2:25 is "Play Day!" So please bring your bottled water and wear comfortable clothing/ tennis shoes. We will have ice-pops after!

* Thursday, April 9th from 12-2:15 is our class Spring Party! Please try to bring in a bag of plastic eggs!

* Friday, April 10th: Spring Holiday (No School)
